1. To secure availability for Newborn & Family sessions, a non-refundable booking deposit is paid on booking. The balance of your chosen package will be invoiced for payment prior to your reserved date. Milestone sessions are paid in full upon booking.

2. If you have a sick child on the day of the session please call to reschedule. If you try to keep the appointment, we will most likely request that you reschedule if we notice your child is sick. Sick or uncomfortable children do not like to be photographed and we know that you will not love your portraits nearly as much as if he or she was in good health. Angela will always call to reschedule your appointment if she or her family are ill also, and takes all precautions to ensure she does not pass on any illness to others.

3. Please bring only the subjects to be photographed to the session. This is especially important with kids, as Angela will need their full attention on her rather than looking at other members of the family. Of course parents are always welcome!

4. You agree to hold harmless, Angela Eastwood and Eastwood Studios and any employees, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises or on-location. Angela Eastwood will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session.

5. You may schedule a design appointment with Angela at her studio after your session, to order wall art and print products. Payment for your purchase/order is required at the time of the design appointment. Payment plans available on request & subject to standard credit criteria.

6. While Angela does capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by her, the artist. She carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be given and are removed from my archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete. RAW files will not be provided under any circumstances.

7. Due to the custom nature of the work, payment for any printed products must be placed in full before the product order will be placed. Once a print order is sent to the lab, it is deemed non-refundable.

8. Payment of invoices for all services/products ordered from Eastwood Studios are due within 7 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated.

9. Please allow 3-4 weeks for any print orders to be completed. Some orders may take longer. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

10. If you purchase digital images, you have permission to reproduce these images for personal use only. They may not be used for any commercial use or publication, including competitions unless permission is given by Eastwood Studios prior. Images are not to be edited or altered in any way, including application of filters from third-party apps such as Instagram. Violation of this, including use for commercial purposes, may result in further charges.

11. Eastwood Studios is not responsible in any way for the quality of printed reproductions you arrange elsewhere. Larger prints require specialised preparation to ensure the best quality outcome.

12. Due to the custom and digital/download nature of the work, all sales are final. Digital products or collection purchase which includes digital files may not be returned or cancelled for a refund. Payment for any print order must be placed in full and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee should you change your mind about an order after it is placed. Once an order is sent to the print lab and/or digital files are received via email notification it is deemed non-refundable.

14. If Government Health Restrictions are in place, preventing your session from going ahead on the booked date, all efforts will be made to reschedule your session to a future date that is suitable to both parties. Any deposits will remain in place for the rescheduled session.

15. Cancellations - If you cancel your session up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled booking, any paid retainers/deposits/fees are not refundable. Refunds may be considered under special circumstances but is at the sole discretion of Eastwood Studios. Any refunds may incur administrative fees, and will be advised if/when required.

16. Privacy Statement - We collect personal information from you, including information about your: name, contact information, location, interactions with us. We collect your personal information in order to make contact, offer & provide services to our customers. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we'll be unable to provide services to you. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
